The first part of any consultation involves the thorough review of any documents that you believe are relevant to your claim. This could include your Report of Investigation, your complete OWCP file, medical documents, communications, and any other document that would aid in the understanding of the facts of your case. By reviewing this information in advance of the consultation, the consultation can be spent discussing your case and your questions, instead of reading.

Due to the preparation and time involved in a full consultation, I charge $350 for a consult and require that it is paid before I begin to spend time reviewing documents.
